Condo Fixer
Simple Process of Getting Stuff Done! Our Magic is that we transition from initial quote to completion of the project in simple steps with complete transparency. All clients whether it is a condo corporation or a homeowner will receive the same amount of dedication and attention to detail. With in-house designers and project managers all communication with clients will be prompt and clear and relayed throughout our team meetings.

Quick Quote
Send all the project requirements through our Quick Quote section. Usually if a job can be roughly priced based on the sketches and images provided it will be done within 1 Business Day. More complex projects require firstly a PowWow ( A Meeting that can be scheduled online via video call or in person!). All Quotes will be detailed and include product specifications for the project.

PowWow!
PowWow can be arranged via video call and in person. This is where we put a face to the business and introduce who we are. We will discuss project scope, prepare rendering and layouts, material and product specifications. Designers will discuss tile choice, cabinet style, paint option etc at this stage.Meetings can be arranged prior to Quick Quote as well, by either emailing info@condofixers.ca or booking directly from the Google Calendar
step 3
Deployment
After layout, renders and quotation are finalized, our troops are deployed to start work. Timeline would be agreed upon and finalized and our staff will be working diligently and on schedule. Materials will be purchased and stored in our workshop and will be brought to the site as the project progresses.

Third Eye
At CondoFixers we believe in full transparency and so during the project phase. Clients will have access to cloud based progression photos and videos and comments of the project as it is going on. Clients can have an overview of the project progression and when they don’t have time to visit the site they can always be connected to the project.
